When you call, text, email or use the booking form on this site, we collect the information needed to schedule and perform service: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the appliance involved and a description of the problem. When you pay, payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored on this website.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To send appointment reminders, on-the-way notifications, estimates, invoices and receipts.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our booking form, or by texting us, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from Jax Appliance Pros, such as confirmations, reminders, on-the-way alerts, estimates and invoices. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run the business: a phone and messaging platform, an email provider, a payment processor and a website host. Each receives only the information it needs to perform its function and is contractually required to protect it.

Cookies and analytics
