Finish your contractor setup
Four steps, all online, in any order. Insurance certificates usually take the longest, so start there.

Send your details and documents
Your business details, the counties and appliances you want offers for, and your insurance certificates and any EPA 608 card. Use the form below.

Read and sign the contractor agreement
Per-job pay, your right to accept or decline any job, insurance, and how either side ends the agreement. Read or print it, sign online, and get the signed PDF by email.

Complete the background check
Through our screening company. It uses its own consent form, and you give your personal details to it directly, not to us.
The screening company emails you its consent form once we start your check.

Set up payouts and your W-9
In our payout provider's secure form: your W-9 and the business bank account your weekly pay goes to. Never email your Social Security number or bank details.
We send you a secure invite from the payout provider.

Start getting job offers
Once all four steps are done, job offers in your counties and appliance types come to your phone. Accept the ones you want.

Your certificate of insurance
- General liability of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, including products-completed operations.
- Jax Appliance Pros as the certificate holder, and as additional insured if your policy allows.
- Current policy dates. Upload the new certificate here each time the policy renews.
- Auto: liability of at least $100,000 / $300,000 / $50,000 (or a $300,000 combined single limit) covering business use.
