Our story
Jax Appliance Pros was founded in 2026 in Jacksonville to fix a problem every homeowner in Northeast Florida knows: appliance repair companies that do not answer, do not show, and do not tell you the price until the work is done.
We are owner-operated. The people who set our standards are the same people who ride in the vans, train the technicians and pick up the phone when something goes wrong. That accountability is the whole point of a local company, and we take it seriously.
We repair every major kitchen and laundry appliance, from everyday Whirlpool, Samsung, LG and GE units to premium Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador and Miele lines, across Duval, St. Johns, Clay, Nassau counties.

A flat price for the complete repair before any work starts. If the repair is not worth it, we say so and you pay only the diagnostic.

Every repair carries a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. If the same fault returns, we return, at no charge.
