Leveling, door swing, water line connection for ice and water, and a leak check on the supply valve. We also remove doors and handles when a unit has to pass through a tight doorway.
Dishwasher installation
Water supply, drain with a proper high loop or air gap, electrical connection, leveling and mounting to the counter. We remove the disposal knockout plug, the mistake behind countless "new dishwasher will not drain" calls.
Washing machine installation
New braided stainless supply hoses, a secured drain hose, leveling and shipping-bolt removal on front-loaders. An unlevel or bolted washer will destroy itself, so we do it right.
Dryer installation
Correct 240V cord or gas connector, rigid or semi-rigid metal vent duct with the shortest possible run, and a leak test on gas units. Vent airflow is verified before we leave.
Range and cooktop installation
Gas connector and leak test or 240V cord and receptacle, anti-tip bracket, leveling and burner calibration. Cooktop installation includes cutout verification and sealing.
Wall oven installation
Cabinet fit verification, hard-wired electrical connection, secure mounting and trim. Double ovens and combination units are heavy and require two technicians.
Over-the-range microwave installation
Mounting bracket, top-cabinet bolts, vent configuration (exterior or recirculating) and electrical connection.
Garbage disposal and ice maker installation
New disposals with dishwasher inlet connected and tested, and stand-alone or built-in ice makers with a dedicated water line.

Do you install appliances I bought from any store?
Yes. We install units purchased from Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy, Costco, local appliance dealers or online retailers, as well as units you already own.
Can you install built-in appliances like wall ovens and integrated refrigerators?
Yes. Built-in installation requires precise leveling, trim work and often custom panel fitting, and it is a specialty of ours.
What if my home’s connections do not match the new appliance?
We convert cords, adapt water lines and adjust drain connections on site in most cases. Work that requires a new circuit or gas line is referred to a licensed electrician or plumber, and we will tell you before we start.
Do you provide a warranty on installations?
Yes. Our installation workmanship is covered for 90 days, in addition to the manufacturer warranty on the appliance itself.
What should I do if the appliance does not work after installation?
